"What made this 5 stars was the customer service. Jenyfer (spelling?) was incredibly helpful all day, despite being extremely busy with many other customers. She managed the work load well and always went the extra mile to make a stressful move go smoothly for me.The move-in appointment was also on time, which is surprising given the number of walk-in customers.The prices here were a bit cheaper than other locations. Yes, it's a little old and outdated but you're not living there :) It seemed like a secure location and she gave me tips to make it more secure."
